Once a famous idol by day and villain by night, she was one of the Guardian's most frequent foes. When Mori rose to power, Tsuki went into hiding after seeing the carnage she caused. Forced from the spotlight she once loved, Tsuki now lives in fear, knowing that if Mori ever finds her, she won't be walking away.
